On Wednesday, 25 July 2007, the Cameroonian twins, Pheinbom and Shevoboh left the Kingdom to return home to Cameroon Republic, following their separation and completion of their treatment at King Abdulaziz Medical City, Riyadh in accordance with the directive from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, May Allah protect him. 

On 18th July 2007, the Father of the Cameroonian Twins, Mr. James Alkumsu, announced his conversion to Islam at the Chief Executive’s Office in the presence of Dr. Ibrahim Bin Mohammad Abu Abah, Director General, National Guard, Department of Calling and Guidance. Mr. James emphasized that his adoption of Islam was based on complete satisfaction as a result of the charity and tolerance he had found in Islam.
The Cameroonian Twins Pheinbom and Shevoboh, who were successfully separated on Saturday, 21 April 2007 after 16 hours of long operations, and have been under strict and constant monitoring in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit of King Abdulaziz Medical City have done remarkably well and became stable. They have returned to their normal activity and diet and they did not experience any problems or complications.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, on Monday 13 Rabia I 1428 H corresponding to 30 April 2007, paid a surprise fatherly visit to the Cameroonian twins who had recently been separated at King Abdulaziz Medical City for National Guard
Six days after the separation operation of the Cameroonian conjoined twins (Pheinbom and Shevoboh), the twin Shevoboh is in stable condition, and has been taken offthe artificial respirator by the Medical Team
