DATE OF SEPARATION SURGERY:

(Surgery is expected to last approximately 10 hours and take 8 phases)

SURGICAL EQUIPMENT:
	1. Pediatric Laparotomy 2. Pediatric Thoracotomy 3. Vascular Clamps 4. Cusa 5. Argon Laser 6. Sutures (standard)

PHASE 1:
	Duration: 2 hours
	This will be the anesthesia phase. Team I + Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah

PHASE 2:
	Duration: ½ hour
	Trans-esophageal Echo Dr. Riyadh Abu Sulaiman

PHASE 3:
	Duration: ¾ hour
	This will be the cleaning and sterilization of the skin and positioning. Team II + Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah

PHASE 4:
	Duration: ½ hour
	This will be the skin mapping and opening. Team Il + Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah

PHASE 5:
	Duration: 2 hours
	This will be the liver separation. Team Ill + Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah

PHASE 6:
	Duration: 1 hour
	This will be the separation of xiphoid and ribs and abdominal wall. Team II + Dr. Abdullah Al Rabee

PHASE 7: Reconstruction: Two Teams + Two tables – A & B:
	Duration: 1½ hours

PHASE 8: CLOSURE & TRANSPORT TO PICU PEDIATRIC SURGERY & ANESTHESIA:

	Dressing and transfer to NICU. All Teams

	PEDIATRIC CARDIOLOGY – STANDBY (Dr. Riyadh Abu Sulaiman)
	PLASTIC SURGERY – STANDBY (Dr. Manaf Al Azzawi)
