After three weeks in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at King Abdulaziz Medical City - Riyadh (KAMC), Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Head of the Multidisciplinary Team, stated that the Moroccan twins, Azizah and Saeedah, conjoined twins who were separated on 20 June 2009, are fully stabilized and doing remarkably well.
Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, Head of the Multidisciplinary Team stated that 72 hours after the successful separation of the Moroccan twins Azizah and Saeedah performed at King Abdulaziz Medical City – Riyadh that both twins are breathing normally after being removed from the artificial respirator. 
24 hours after the successful separation of the third set of Moroccan conjoined twins Azizah and Saeedah performed on Saturday, 20 June 2009 at the King Abdulaziz Medical City, National Guard Health Affairs – Riyadh the Head of the Multidisciplinary team Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah stated that the condition of the twins is stable without any sign of complications
