Moroccan Conjoined Twins Sa’eedah and Azeezah arrived in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Saturday morning the 23rd of May 2009 following the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.   King Abdullah directed that the twins and their parents be welcomed and that the necessary tests be provided in separating the twins in King Abdulaziz Medical City – Riyadh

The Egyptian conjoined twins, Hassan and Mahmoud left the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit for Ward 7 on 30 March 2009 – 30 days after their separation which took place on 28 February 2009.

3 days after the successful separation of the Somali Conjoined Twins the complete twin is doing extremely well and all her vital organs have returned to normal and her breathing has stabilized and she has been taken off the artificial respirator and is breathing normally

Based on the directive of the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud a Somali lady residing in Saudi Arabia was admitted to King Abdulaziz Medical City – Riyadh based on her plea for help in delivering her conjoined twins.

Six days after the successful separation of the Egyptian conjoined twins Mahmoud and Hassan as directed by the Custodian of The Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the twin’s condition has stabilized at the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at KAMC-Riyadh.
