Four Days After the Successful Separation of the Iraqi Conjoined Twins
Four days after the successful separation of the Iraqi conjoined twins, Ruqayah and Zainab, which was performed on Friday, 16 July 2010 at King Abdulaziz Medical City, National Guard Health Affairs –Riyadh, the Head of the Medical and Surgical Team, HE Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah stated that the twins remain in a stable condition without any signs of complications of infections.

48 Hours After The Successful Separation of The Iraqi Conjoined Twins Ruqayah & Zainab
48 hours after the successful separation of the Iraqi conjoined twins, Ruqayah and Zainab, performed on Friday, 16 July 2010, at the King Abdulaziz Medical City, National Guard Health Affairs – Riyadh, the Head of the Multidisciplinary Team, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah, stated that the twins are in a stable condition with no sign of infection and remain on the artificial respirator. Both twins have opened their eyes and will gradually be weaned off the ventilator. Twin Zainab, as expected has increased brain fluid which requires drainage by the neurosurgeons.

 Based on the directive of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Iraqi Conjoined twins, Zainab and Ruqayah accompanied by their father and family member, arrived by Medivac from Najaf to Riyadh on Friday, 25 June 2010.

48 hours after the successful separation of the Jordanian conjoined twins Mohammad and Amjed performed on Thursday, 29 April 2010 at the King Abdulaziz Medical City, National Guard Health Affairs – Riyadh the Head of the Multidisciplinary team, Dr. Abdullah Al Rabeeah stated that the twins are in a stable condition without any sign of complications and all vital organs are functioning normally
